Royal Caribbean - Customer service sucks

I have been trying to contact Royal Caribbean to speak to an actual person. Every time I wait up to an hour. I finally got to speak to someone then placed back on hold just to get requed to the back of the waiting list again. They need to have a call ball program or something bc this is ridiculous. I have sailed with them a lot but think I might have to change cruise lines. Get it together Royal Caribbean!!!
