The credit I was expecting on the credit card I used to pay for my cruise was credited to an old credit card on file and now I can’t receive the credit that royal Caribbean owes me. I have no way of retrieving my credit. Why wouldn’t you credit me on the credit card I used to pay? You just robbed me of $100. I will try and let all your customers know of this. It is more than likely a rccl staffer, probably the retarded captain who sailed into hurricane maria back in 2016 for which rccl is now facing a class action law suit.
