I'm sorry that your vacation plans got altered like that. Please don't get discouraged from traveling.

I've completed tours in Asia, though I would never go back to Vietnam for obvious reasons. I encourage you to consider cruises going west.

A full refund was issued to my account. Please keep in mind, it says the fastest internet service "at sea", = the slowest internet service on land. It's not meant for you to stream Netflix or IPTV.

Im currently on Royal Caribbean Oasis of the seas (12/12/2019). Im extremely disappointed and pissed about the streaming service. I was told by vloggers that it is great and all but the internet is down twice for the entire day and I could not even stream Netflix or Iptv for the first 4 days and the person in charge of the internet has no clue and all he did was write down your room number. I did a speed test on all 4 days and was getting 1-3 kb downloads and uploads. I was planning on streaming the ufc fight on Saturday since they dont offer that on the ship. So much for that. Why offer a service that you cant even deliver 20% of the time. The streaming I purchase is like buying just the Voom. Sincerely Tony C.

You cannot stream on ANY ship, not just RC. This should have been explained in your cruise documents.

No Netflix, Hulu, etc.

No games either. Sorry !!

Time for an attorney as the only way to fully get their attention is with a suit. They likely have insurance that would cover situations like this, but the attitude of Royal Caribbean is cause for worry if anyone is thinking of booking a cruise with them. There are any other and better alternatives for a cruise.

I have interacted with Jessica before and she is extremely pleasant. I also wrote a letter to Richard Fain and Michael Bayley with concerns, and Jessica was the one assigned to me.

If you truly believe the Chairman and CEO are going to contact you personally, that's naive. The reality is your complaint is unreasonable. You believe yourself to be important with your comments regarding your presence in the casino, and because you were not treated as such, you are complaining Royal Caribbean is to blame. The luggage scenario was a bit ridiculous, but rather petty.

The room situation is somewhat suspicious, as we had the same thing happen on our cruise last week, and we were quickly given a new room with complimentary specialty dining.

If you were not offered anything, it's because of your demeanor in how you approached them. Were I the judge in this case, I would find fault with you, not RCL.
