I have a reservation for the Navigator of the Seas, departing Miami next 4/22 . For the last 3 weeks I sent several e-mails to your emergency team requesting written permission to drop off a piece of luggage at La Coruna port to be kept in our hotel on our return to Spain 3 weeks later.

Even though you advertise excellent service all of them remain unanswered. All you to is acknowledge receipt and promise an answer when reviewed. How long will take for you to answer?

Should I wait for the departure date and then you probably come up with a rejection?????????? Sara Rodriguez
