We were allocated to table number 425 on Explorer of the seas 2nd November 2016 for the 8.30pm seating. When we arrived at our table it was full with the people from the 6.00pm dinner sitting as they wanted to watch the sail out from Sydney Harbour so came to our sitting.

We had no table until 9.10pm. This is very poor on Royal Caribbean's behalf. While waiting for a table a waiter we had on previous cruise saw us and tried to sort this out for us. He organised for us to be moved to his table 478 for the remainder of the cruise.

The service we received from Francisco was fantastic and we could not speak more highly of him. You need to ensure that the correct people are sitting at the allocated tables.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of royal caribbean cruise. Royal Caribbean needs to "quality control on table seating" according to poster's claims.
