We booked a 7-night Western Caribbean Cruise for April 2026 on the Rhapsody of the Seas. This was to be a first-time cruise for us.

We wanted to go on a smaller ship to avoid the crowds, and wanted to visit the ports listed.
I went onto the RC website in October, and found that my cruise was now to the Eastern Caribbean Islands, which we have no desire to visit. When I first called customer service, they had received no notice of the change. I called back a day later and was told that the Rhapsody was being redeployed and that I could go on the Eastern cruise, pay more for a Western cruise on another ship, or get a refund. I was also given 48 hours to make a decision, or I would be locked into the Eastern cruise.
We have spoken to them a couple of times since, and they are anything but helpful.

I elected to get a refund, as I am not interested in doing business with a company that has so little regard for their customers.

I have re-booked a cruise with Princess Cruises. Maybe they will treat us like people instead of like cattle.

can tell you my experience cuz I haven't went on the cruise I don't go till February 8th or 2026 till the 15th of 2026 but the only thing probably I'm having is I just called to ask couple times and they put me on cash for me only thing I need is I have a service dog I have disability I need I have medicine I I take not because I have diabetes I just want the paperwork so I can take my service dog to his fit think it hurts to sign and then any papers I have to take to my doctor's to get inside that's the only thing I need and then I'll have a great time it's my first cruise I have given you my address and everything I'm going with a group the Texas Tenors we're going to the Bahamas so can you just send me the paperwork I want to get it done I know we have wild but I like to get stuff done thank you again

Don't pay for the Key upgrade as it total waste of money. You have to navigate it yourself.

Being a first timer I thought this would be helpful. It caused more stress & time. It actually took us five days plus several visits to the customer services. (I wonder if they bots) They showed no human emotions just straight glare.

I was refunded 1/2 of the funds but still I purchased it to help us. The internet worked under half the time. The food was poor. The upper dinning at Chops was terrible.

Texas Road House has much better service plus the food is 10 times better. The information about getting & off was unreliable. The information about the key upgrade was unreliable from just about every source on that boat.

The information at the end of the trip was also incorrect. It was our first & last trip.
