The first day i experience a bartender making uncomfortable eye contact with my wife. When i spoke to the his supervisor about it, my wife and i were kicked off the ship for making a false complaint . I woudnt recommend this cruises line company to anyone. Lost luggage. Disembarked on 2/29/2016 from Enchantment of the Seas. Bag was not in bagging area. This is day two of no bag. When calling the numbers I was told to called, I get message saying they are closed. Only in Mon., Wed., Fri. Also while in state room, we asked for an ice bucket at least twice, ice bucket never came.

I did not like cruise at all everyone was rude and no one was willing to help. Everything was way overpriced and it was not all inclusive how they say it is you have to pay extra for everything including water.. And I am positive that one of the maids stole my hair dryer and curling iron. I will never do a cruise with Royal Caribbean agin.
