My husband and son were associated to the wrong state rooms. RC would not change the staterooms and only offered a solution that cost MORE money. Ridiculous!!
Preferred solution: Update the staterooms to reflect the correct guests!!

The bridge In Baltimore collapsed several weeks ago. Customers who booked a cruise set to sail 5/25/24 are being told emphatically that this cruise will sail as scheduled from Baltimore.
Not sure how they plan on taking a 3,000 passenger ocean liner over what is a tragic accident site but they are still toeing the corporate line. Right now you can book cruises using Baltimore as the port. Clearly no one in charge cares at all about inconveniencing potential customers, it is all about making every penny it can. Cruised 8 times with them.
There wont be a 9th. Stay away, there are better options.
User's recommendation: Don’t give them your business. This was a tragic accident and there must not be a contingency plan for port closing.

I messed up on my check in. I entered in the wrong birthday. I needed it to be my son's birthday and not my husband's birthday.

My cruise destination was changed from Haiti to Grand Turk Island I was told that when we port at Grand Turk that I would be responsible for food and drinks I purchased 2 premium drink packages for the cruise and I feel I should be compensated for my drink packages for the day we spend at Grand Turk with a ship credit or a refund for that dayCompensation

We got an email stating that our cruise to New England was rerouted south to WARM climate. Due to weather.
This was not what we wanted. We have been trying to cancel & get a refund since getting the email Tuesday the 12th. Have jumped through hoops trying to resolve. Wanted the Next trip in Oct , NewEngland.NO AVAILABLILITIES.
Really Disapointed as this was our 50th wedding anniversary cruise. First RC cruise also. Royal has not been easy to contact for FULL REFUNDS as promised

I am trying to make a payment to not lose my initial deposit. I was told I could make a payment today 3/17 and then the remainder on 3/18, however, I am unable to make an online payment for the amount shared with me on the phone when I called in.
I was told I could pay 1,025.00 today to continue my reservation.
Can I make full payment tomorrow? I do not want to lose my deposit.

User's recommendation: clarify times payments should be made when special circumstances arise. I was told I could make a partial payment but this is not possible on the online web version, I attempted to call customer service, they are closed.

For todays sailing We are going to have to cancel our cruise my wife tested positive for coved at Miami Beach hospital last night at midnight Ill get with you in a few days

User's recommendation: I saved for three years and my wife and I both came down with covid Royal Caribbean said sorry covid is not longer a reason for a refund I was with a group of 5 people and they all cancelled in even would take a later date sailing but they won’t offer that

Going on cruise
Waiters were remarkable, also cabin man. Some food not very good.
Entertainment was very good.
Showers way too small. Drinks very expensive.

Flight delayed over 7 hours. No refund or credit voucher for another cruise.
Saved for cruise. Our flight was delayed over 7 hours causing us to miss cruise. After immediately notifying Royal Caribbean we were informed that we would get no refund and no credit for future cruise. We were told you should have taken insurance or fly in day before.
Screw Royal Caribbean for not caring about people who save and plan.
They could have done something. Wrote letter to CEO and they did not care enough to respond

Worst cruise line ever! Booked a cruise for a week on Odyssey of the seas for this weekend and unfortunately tropical storm is hitting this area with strong winds and rains.
Called Royal Caribbean and they declined to give me a refund due to this weather which will put passengers safety on the back burner.
My kids have medical conditions that should be taken into consideration however seems like their thirst for money overrides their empathy towards passengers. Lets just say I will not book a Royal Caribbean cruise ever again!

I booked a cruise with Royal Caribbean Mariner Of The Seas 12/14/2023-12/18/23 and the itinerary was changed by the cruise line. I understand weather changes.
My Bahamas itinerary was changed to Mexico at the very last minute. I would like a cruise credit as I have paid for expenses, thinking I was going to get a credit.
No help from this company just a run around with customer service agents telling me they will call me back. Very shady business, very dissatisfied with this company!!!

No resolution My ship has been diverted to Grand Turk in instead of Haiti I paid for 2 Deluxe drink packages now Ive been told I have to buy drinks and food at Grand Turk I feel I should be compensated for that day
