We had an AWFUL time on the Anthem and are in the process of requesting our money back. The captain decided to try to BEAT the storm and we were tossed around like a Kleenex tissue.
I was soooo sick. half the boat was sick. the only thing they did for us was offer us a free day of movie rentals since half the boat was sick. meanwhile on the Granduer of the Seas my friends air conditioning went out for a few hours and they got 50% off their next trip!
While sick we asked for a can of ginger ale to ease our bellies from the super rough aves but they told us it would be $3.50 but we had the Ultimate Beverage Package and there should have been no charge! The employees on the boat were mean and seemed overworked and unaccommodating! OVERALL AWFULE EXPERIENCE! Our boat made WORLD NEWS on 9/9!
Someone onboard recorded the plates and food and overturned tables flying everywhere!
RCCL BIG DISSAPOINTMENT! We asked for some sort of atonement and were were told, "NO!"
