I paid $1900 for a 7 day cruise and airfare to get to the San Juan and home thru Royal Caribbean. Airline could not get me to the San Juan, so I couldn't get on the boat. They have offered a 75% voucher towards a cruise in the future, useless to me, can't even sell it because its only good for me. What a joke! I hope your boat sinks. *** bags!

Over charged $750.02 after double dipping by RCI and ten days later still waiting for reversal. Returned home to an overdrawn bank account and had no cash. Had to borrow money from a friend just to put petrol in my car to drive home me! Their call centre is of course closed! Very expensive trip as it was and double charged makes it worse.

took a cruise on the majesty was terrible the ship bathrooms didn't work half the time in the dinning room food terrible staff very slack , but I won 4000& at casino tables.. but like any other business your product is good at first than it goes to *** when you start getting the people . so I don't know now about your cruise line
