Resolved: Royal Caribbean - Double charge of photo package
This on further examination is not the Photo package charges twice but an unknown amount of $Aust375.71. Which we know we have not spent. There is not an amount for this and there is no explantaion to use of charge regarding this amount.
We recently cruised on a lovely trip with Royal Caribbean on Voiiyager of the seas to Barrier Reef in March. We received our bill on last evening and noticed a double billing of the photo package this was quickly sorted out and credited by the photographic section.
The photos are amazing as is the photographic team.
However after having the full outstanding amount taken from the credit card on completion of cruise the company is now removing a second amount equaling the photo package alone from our account.
The only contact on their web sit is on in America. We live in Australia that will cost a lot. There seems to be no easy way to address this. We are not happy.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Monetary Loss: $250.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Royal Caribbean Pros: Restaurants, The, Dinning room waiters and room attendants.

You poor thing. have you called I know its not easy as the phone details are for the photo company over seas.
But give Royal Caribbean a call.
Maybe they can give the photo shop a gick to hurry them up a bit. Did you not get them on the ship before disembarkation.
