Last year I took my first cruise on the Allure of the Seas. During my cruise I felt spoiled and truly enjoyed my experience on board this ship. I wanted to go back badly so I scrimped and saved and went on my second cruise which ended a few days ago". What a difference a year makes/.

This second cruise was horrible?. The customer service from the people working at Guest Services, Maintence workers who do not show up when the Interactive TV in our stateroom did not work, to stateroom attendents who do not leave soap or clean the room properly, to waiters at the disco called Boleros who gave attitude, to the shop workers who did not want to give me a refund on merchandise that I did not want". I can go on and on about this but I spent alot of money and felt robbed'. The ships Captain was a joke as well even found out that he his values are also a joke..

I completed a survey and all I know is that we were forewarned that the customer service on the ship was a joke and they were right:. We are no longer going to sail with this company". We will go elsewhere next time. 1282db9
